Who we are
ASPEC Hosting is operated by ASPEC RACING PTY LTD (ACN 676 208 227, ABN 41 676 208 227), Victoria, Australia. These terms cover the hosting services published on aspechosting.com.au.
The service
We supply the products that are published in the catalogue and accepted in an order. A service is not active until payment has been recorded and provisioning has succeeded.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including organisation members you invite. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or the acceptable use policy.
Orders and billing
Prices, billing cycles and discounts are the amounts stored for the product at the time you order. Australian dollars are the default currency. Invoices show amounts in minor currency units expressed as dollars and cents. We do not store raw card numbers. If no payment provider is configured, an order remains awaiting payment.
Acceptable use and workloads
Game and application workloads run only from deployment templates we approve, with resource and security limits we set. You do not receive access to the Docker socket, privileged containers, host mounts or other customers' services.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows a remedy to be limited, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by your content, your configuration, or a provider outage that is outside our reasonable control. This clause does not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Suspension and termination
You may request cancellation from the portal where the service state allows it. We may suspend a service that creates a security, legal or capacity risk. Cancellation of the billing subscription and destruction of a workload are separate states, and a workload is not reported as removed until deprovisioning succeeds.
