What we collect
We collect account details, organisation membership, billing records, support messages, contact form messages, security logs and the client IP address resolved for a request. We do not ask for or store raw payment card numbers. Payment provider references, if a provider is later connected, are stored as tokens or references supplied by that provider.
Why we collect it
We use this information to provide the portal, authenticate you, prevent abuse, issue invoices, answer support requests and keep an audit trail of security-sensitive actions.
Client IP addresses
The client IP used in security logs is resolved only from a trusted proxy. A forwarded address header is ignored when the connection does not come from a configured trusted proxy.
Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it to infrastructure, email or payment providers only when that is required to deliver the service, and to authorities when the law requires it.
Access and correction
You can review account details in the portal. Contact us to request access to, or correction of, other personal information we hold about you, subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and any applicable exceptions.
Retention
Account, billing and audit records are kept for as long as the account is open and for a further period required for tax, security and dispute handling.
